Tracking your order
After the orders are packed they will be handed over to your selected carrier. When the order is shipped, you will recieve a tracking number by e-mail where you're able to track your order.

Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Ship your order back to Boschdijkstraat 100, 5211VD 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Please make sure it is carefully packaged. We cannot issue a refund if the item arrives damaged due to improper packaging. Send an additional email to info@oflines.com with the tracking details and the reason for your return.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each vase is unique and may have slight irregularities in shape, color, or finish. These variations are part of the character of our pieces and are not considered defects or grounds for a free return. However, you may still return the item if you simply change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, including photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
